Mental Health Resources During COVID-19

We’re no experts, but we know that a lot of people are going through some very troubling times right now with very little access to help. We’ve been through some things ourselves, and have thankfully been able to overcome through professional help, positive affirmations, and a renewal of the mind steeped in the all encompassing love of Jesus Christ. Some of these resources are directly related to faith, others aren’t. Treat it like a buffet – take what you like, leave what you don’t. Regardless, we hope you’ll recommend others to the page. We’ll look to add resources daily.
